Luggage Ahead Supports Animal Rescue
Luggage Ahead recently sponsored S.T.A.R.T. II’s “Give Me Shelter” fundraiser in Garfield, NJ. The event took place on Thursday, April 30th, 2009. Save The Animals Rescue Team II (S.T.A.R.T.II) of Bergen and Passaic Counties in New Jersey found homes for nearly 1,000 cats and dogs in 2008. The privately funded shelter also has other programs such as spay and neutering, fostering, transporting, and fundraising.
Luggage Ahead believes strongly in animal rights and the betterment of animals. The company who makes the lives of travelers easier, is trying to do the same for homeless animals. “We are happy to help out such a great cause in any way we can. Between my two partners and I, we have over half a dozen pets. Helping animals without loving homes is very important to us.”, says LuggageAhead’s managing partner Seth Caruso.
